FLOUR TORTILLAS
Makes 6

1.5 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
2 Tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 c. HOT WATER


Mix dry ingredients. Next add canola oil. Mix with hands until crumbly. Proceed to add water and mix until a dough forms. Let rest for 30 minutes. Form dough into even balls and press. Cook in a dry skillet over medium/high heat.
